The Werkraum bookbindery in the Hand.Werk.Haus

Since 2021, the workshop in the Hand.Werk.Haus has housed the complete workshop equipment of the Fettinger bookbindery, which was part of the Goiserer handicraft landscape from 1890 to 2015. Presses, cutting machines, beautiful old tools as well as paper, boxes and cardboard, partly original stock from the year 1890, were rescued, resettled and led by the Bookbinding Fuchs fully functional built in the Hand.Werk.Haus.

Book friends in the Hand.Werk.Haus now have a "place of remembrance" And a living workshop available, because this handicraft treasure, together with work tables and workbenches, forms the basis for courses and workshops in the "Werkraum-Buchbinderei" in the Hand.Werk.Haus Salzkammergut.
